Orders and Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Risk in the goods passes to you once the goods have been delivered to the address provided.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

For most online purchases, UK customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order. Customers then usually have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying the seller that they wish to cancel.

Returned products must be sent back to Decor With Me before a refund can be processed.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process the refund, plus an additional 5 working days for the payment to reach your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details on our website.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue where possible.
