At Decor With Me, we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly and carefully as possible.
Please read this Shipping Policy before placing an order so you understand how delivery works, estimated timeframes, and what to do if there is an issue with your delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after payment has been received.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
During busy periods, sales, holidays, or unexpected delays, processing times may take slightly longer.
UK Delivery
We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times will depend on the delivery service selected at checkout.
As a general guide, once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within:
Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 working days
Express UK Delivery: 1–2 working days, where available

Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been placed, you should receive an order confirmation email.
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided at checkout.

Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a courier attempts delivery and you are not available, they may leave a delivery card, attempt redelivery, deliver to a neighbour, or take the parcel to a collection point.
It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the courier’s instructions and collect or rearrange delivery where required.
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, incorrect address details, or non-collection, we may need to charge an additional delivery fee to resend the order.
Delays
We do our best to dispatch orders on time, but delivery delays can occasionally happen due to courier issues, severe weather, bank holidays, busy periods, stock delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Damaged Parcels
Please check your parcel when it arrives.

At the moment, we may only ship within the UK unless stated otherwise on our website.
If international shipping becomes available, delivery costs, timeframes, and any customs charges will be shown or explained where applicable.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
