At Decor With Me, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging where possible
  • Returned with any tags, labels, or accessories included
  • Not damaged after delivery

Return postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can look into it quickly.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene, safety, or customisation reasons, we may not be able to accept returns for:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items not in a resaleable condition

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original delivery charges may not be refunded unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges, but where possible, we may be able to replace an item depending on stock availability.

As a UK customer, you have certain rights under consumer law, including the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

All returned products must be sent back to Decor With Me before a refund can be processed.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process the refund, plus an additional 5 working days for the payment to reach your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
